Just learning about the Engagement Effort Score as a tool to prioritize engagements. The Workbook suggests using a score of negative integers for maturity. Using a -5 for High maturity and a -1 for low maturity customers.
In the Customer Engagement Tool (spreadsheet), there is the template for using “insert 1 (high) to 5 (low)” for all 3 criteria, Priority, Complexity, and Maturity. Can I assume that is a typo in the template, and I should use “insert -5 (high) to -1 (low) for the Maturity ranking?
